We purchased this product for my 14 year old son. I am 60 years old (yeah late starter haha). After seeing the difference it made in my son I thought I would try it. I workout with my son and have seen little to no results (due to age I believe) but after taking this product I can visually see muscle growth and feel better and stronger.

For my son he has had the same (even better) results. We lifted using the Top Velocity “USA weightlifting beginner program for the full 8 weeks before using the nutrition products and my son had growth but I was expecting more. After taking the nutrition products for a month and continuing to go through lifting program both of us have noticed a difference.

I would highly recommend the nutrition program and products.
